is this fractional or project-based consulting?

vayela offers both fractional and project-based consulting. the majority of our partnerships are fractional engagements where we play an ongoing role in shaping and executing strategy. 

can i work with you in just one or some of your areas of service? 

yes. we use our varied skillset to best fit the needs of each of our partners. for one engagement, we may act exclusively as a publicist. for another, we may blend cultural forecasting, organizational design and executive coaching.
